I’m a craft beer guy who figures out cooking by trial and error. I know more about beer than I know about food, but in my beer study I have learned a lot about flavor. I’ve learned that with care for detail, many restaurant-quality dishes and brewery-quality beers can be made at home. I’ll try to share those recipes and techniques here, to the best of my knowledge, so we can all eat and drink well at home. I’ll also share my experiences as a foodie & beer consumer as they occur, when I come across a place that does it right.
